EVENT TATTOO PRICING

Events located within the Des Moines metro and surrounding cities (including Altoona, Ankeny, Waukee, Clive, and West Des Moines) do not incur an additional travel fee. Events outside of the metro area may be subject to a standard mileage fee, which will be quoted during the inquiry and booking process.

All event services are subject to availability, venue approval, and final confirmation following submission of an event inquiry.

Base Event Packages

1 Hour Event Package – $1000
Includes 2 licensed tattoo artists

2 Hour Event Package – $1,900
Includes 2 licensed tattoo artists

3 Hour Event Package - $2,700
Includes 2 licensed tattoo artists

State Inspection Fee

$100 State Inspection Fee (required – additional fee)

This fee covers the mandatory state inspection and compliance requirements for on-site tattoo services and is added to all event bookings.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

Tattooing at events requires advance planning and approval. Not all events or venues are suitable for on-site tattoo services. We require a minimum of 2 months’ notice to ensure proper preparation for an event.

Please note:

All participants must be 18+ with valid ID
Venue approval and adequate space are required
State inspector approval of site/venue/location
Availability depends on date, location, and artist schedules
Minimum booking requirements may apply

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability but allows us to evaluate your event and provide accurate options.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

To secure your event date and artist availability, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation.

Deposit Requirements

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date
Your booking is not considered confirmed until the deposit is received
The remaining balance is due one week prior to the day of the event

Deposits cover advance planning, artist scheduling, custom design preparation, and regulatory coordination.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. Event tattoo services require extensive advance planning, including artist scheduling, custom design development, regulatory coordination, equipment preparation, and compliance with state inspection requirements.

Due to the time, preparation, and resources committed well in advance of the event date, deposits cannot be returned if an event is canceled.

Rescheduling Considerations

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event and are subject to artist availability and approval. When possible, deposits may be applied toward a rescheduled date at the discretion of Lucky Gal Tattoo & Piercing.
